Terms of Service for Speed Crew

§1 General Provisions

  1. These terms and conditions, hereinafter referred to as the "Terms", define the rules for using the website and the services offered under the brand Speed Crew by Tag Concierge sp. z o.o., KRS 0001056414, ul. Sarego, nr 18, lok. 1, 31-047 Kraków.

  2. The Terms are available at speedcrew.io/terms.

  3. The administrator can be contacted via email at: [email protected].

  4. By placing an order, the client accepts these Terms and agrees to comply with them.


§2 Offer

  1. The website offers services in two models: a) One-time services – requiring a single payment. b) Subscription services – with recurring payments (monthly, yearly, etc.).

  2. Additionally, it is possible to arrange a custom service, which will be individually priced and presented as part of an email offer.

  3. A detailed description of each service, including its scope, price, and conditions, is provided in the offer published on the website.


§3 Placing Orders

  1. Orders are placed by completing the order form on the website.

  2. An order is considered accepted once payment is made and confirmed through the Paddle system or by the Administrator.

  3. The client is obliged to provide accurate and truthful information.

  4. Orders can be placed 24/7.


§4 Payments and Order Fulfillment

  1. Payments for services can be made through two models, depending on the offer: a) Via the Paddle system (by credit card or other methods offered by Paddle). b) Directly to the Administrator, in which case the Administrator issues an invoice.

  2. Subscriptions renew automatically unless the client opts out before the end of the current subscription period.

  3. Invoices for both subscription and one-time services are delivered exclusively in electronic form.


§5 Returns and Complaints

  1. Complaints regarding services can be submitted via the contact form on the website or by email at: [email protected].

  2. Complaints will be processed within 14 days of receipt.

  3. The client has the right to request a refund within 14 days of purchase unless the service has been fully performed with the client’s explicit consent.

  4. Refunds for subscription services apply only to the first subscription period.


§6 Technical Requirements

  1. To use the services, the following are required: a) Internet access. b) A web browser (e.g., Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari). c) An active email account.

  2. The Administrator reserves the right to specify additional technical requirements for certain services, as described in the service details.

  3. Detailed rules for data processing, including the use of cookies, are outlined in the Privacy Policy available at: speedcrew.io/privacy-policy.


§7 Personal Data Protection

  1. Clients' personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.

  2. The Administrator applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.


§8 Copyright

  1. All content and materials available on the website are protected by copyright and belong to Tag Concierge sp. z o.o. or its licensors.

  2. The client receives a limited, non-exclusive license to use purchased services as intended.

  3. The client may not modify, analyze, use for competitive purposes, or distribute content, codes, or other elements provided by the Administrator without explicit consent.

  4. Copying, modifying, and sharing content without the Administrator’s consent is prohibited.


§9 Service Fulfillment

  1. The Administrator reserves the right not to fulfill a purchased service in cases where there is a lack of cooperation from the client, such as: a) Failure to provide necessary access or materials. b) Lack of response from the client within 5 business days of a request from the Administrator.

  2. In such cases, the payment is non-refundable.

  3. The Administrator reserves the right to temporarily suspend SaaS services during maintenance or development work. Clients will be informed of planned downtime in advance.


§10 Administrator’s Responsibility

  1. The Administrator declares that they possess the required skills and experience to deliver the services.

  2. The Administrator disclaims liability for damages resulting from errors that may affect the client’s business operations, including but not limited to: a) Loss of profit due to technical errors in the delivered software. b) Service interruptions caused by improper configuration by the client. c) Misuse of the delivered solutions by the client.


§11 Changes to the Terms

  1. The Administrator reserves the right to amend the Terms in important cases (e.g., changes in legislation, payment models).

  2. Clients will be informed of changes at least 14 days before they take effect.


§12 Dispute Resolution

  1. The Administrator agrees to out-of-court dispute resolution through mediation. Details will be arranged with the parties involved.

  2. Clients have the right to use the ODR platform available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

  3. Additional information about out-of-court dispute resolution methods can be found at: http://www.uokik.gov.pl.


§13 Final Provisions

  1. The Administrator reserves the right to temporarily suspend website operation for maintenance or modernization. Information about technical interruptions will be published on the website.

  2. The Administrator is not responsible for service interruptions caused by force majeure or actions of third parties.

  3. These Terms are governed by Polish law. All disputes will be resolved by the court competent for the registered office of Tag Concierge sp. z o.o.
